Before Radiant and Ready, I had a hard time getting back to clients about their appointment inquiry. I didn’t have time during the week to go through them and answer questions about my services and pricing. Go to the “My Settings” > “Set Services & Pricing”

You must link your debit card to your profile, by logging into your account and going to the “Payment Settings” tab found under the “my Settings” tab. The total cost of your service will be sent directly to your linked debit card on the same day as the scheduled appointment. You will received an email and text notification when payment is released to you.

To change your working hours for a specific date, go to the “Exception Working Days” tab, found under “My Settings” > ”My Schedule” Select the date in the Exceptional Working Days calendar and enter your hours at the bottom of the page.

Go to “My Appointments” and click Cancel for the appointment you would like to cancel.

You can Private message your client in our messaging system before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, feel free to text your client about their appointment if they choose to provide a cell phone number

The first step is to sign up for Free! Once you have finished setting up your profile page with your availability, pricing, and photos of your work, your personal booking link will be ready for you to share with your clients. Put your booking link in your IG bio and other social platforms so clients know where to go to book an appointment with you. When a client books an appointment with you, you will get a text message asking you to accept or decline. Once you accept the appointment, your client will receive a confirmation email with all the information they need for the day of their appointment, including your address if they select to travel to you.

There are no hidden fees charged to you at any time. We collect full payments from your clients as soon as they request an appointment with you. If you decline the appointment, we immediately release the money back to the client. If you accept the appointment, we hold the payment for you, and release the full amount of your service fees, plus any tip the client gave you, to your debit card on file the same day as the scheduled appointment.

To change the debit card where your payments are sent,  you will need to go into your payment settings and add your new card. Please make sure that the correct debit card is on file before the day of any scheduled appointments to ensure payments are sent to the right place.

Log in and Go to “My Settings” > “Services and Pricing” to add or change your services and pricing. Click Save and you are all set! When your promotion is over, you can change the pricing back to your normal pricing. Another option is to create a new service during your promotion that reflects the correct pricing and delete that service once your promotion is over.

Our cancellation policy was made to protect you from last minute cancellations and no shows. If a client cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, we automatically release 50% of the service fees to you at the time that the appointment would have taken place. We send the other half back to the client. If a client doesn’t show up, we pay you 100% of the cost of your service. No need to worry about collecting deposits anymore to protect your time, we got you!

Every 25 appointments you book through your booking link, we send you a $25 gift certificate to your makeup store of choice, so you can get the latest and greatest!

We give Beauty Providers a Free Booking Link to manage their appointment requests and provide their clients with the ease of booking appointments online. We charge clients a convenience fee for the ability to book 24/7, read reviews, and pay securely online.
