  • When do I make a payment for my makeup service?

Once you arrive to your appointment, the Make-Up artist will check you in through a link sent to them via text or email. A similar link will be sent to you the client, to click once the appointment is over. Clicking this link will allow you to leave the make-up artist a tip, and release the payment to the artist. If by chance you forget to use the link to check out of the appointment, the agreed upon rate will automatically be sent to the Make-up artist 15 minutes after the scheduled time of the appointment.

  • Once I make a payment can I switch my card?

All payments will be made through your PayPal account. In order to change the card that will be charged for the services you must contact PayPal customer service.

  • How do I know if the artist can match my skin tone?

We asked that all make-up artist have a wide range of foundation and concealer shades to match clients of all skin tones. If you are nervous the artist may not have your shade, feel free to send them a message to confirm that they have what you need.

  • What if I’m allergic to a specific product?

Please inform your artist of any known allergies prior to the appointment day. Beauty Linked is not held liable for any medical issues or damages incurred with the make-up artist.

  • What if I break out after the make-up artist does my make up?

We ask that all make-up artist use disposable or clean make up tools for each application. If you know of any products that you may be allergic to, please be sure to inform the artist.   • What happens if I don’t like how my makeup was done?

Each artist has photos on their profile page of makeup looks they have completed on past clients. This will allow you to get a sense of the artist’s skill level and what your make up could look like. If you happen to not like the makeup look let the artist know, and they will do their best to make any changes. Their goal is to make you look like the best version of yourself, so don’t be scared to speak up.

  • How do I cancel and reschedule my appointment?

Log into your Beauty Linked account and go to My Appointments. Click on the appointment you want to reschedule or cancel. To reschedule, it will send you back to the make-up artist’s calendar to find a better day and time that works for you. A cancellation confirmation will then be sent to you and the artist. Remember you have 48 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule/cancel without any fees.

  • What happens if my make-up artist cancels on me?

If your make-up artist cancels on you before the appointment, we will send you a recommendation of nearby make-up artist that have openings on the same day. If the artist cancels within less than a 48 hour notice they will receive a cancellation mark. If they cancel 3 times within a 60-day period, \ further action will be taken and they could either be blocked from the site for a month or if necessary, removed from the site completely.
